Got the ticket done in May. Tried to get refund in my original payment source but could not get. They transferred the money in wallet as a last resort. The money came in their wallet, tried to do a new booking but again it got cancelled, had to pay 1200 extra for the new fare they kept that as well. NOW THEY ARE AGAIN ASKING ME TO WAIT TO GET THE REFUND. THIS IS MENTAL TORTURE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
