Dear Sir
I have booked my flight ticket from Go first on 15-04-2023 ( Patna to
Bangalore ) date of journey is 04-05-2023 PNR NO- R3PM3L , total amount
paid to them is Rs 28032 through my HDFC Credit card 4341550100063431,
flight has been cancel by airline for some internal operation reason , they
told my I have no option to book alternative flight I have only option to
cancel the ticket and get the full refund so I have canceled my ticket on
02-05-2023 , I Have received a credit not from airline instead of refund ,
when I call the Go first customer care they told me they have given refund
to clear trip , kindly note I have booked the ticket through flipkart ,
when I called to flipkart they told they have not received any payment from
airline , Sir this my hard earned money kindly help me to get my refund .
