My flight tickets, which got cancelled due to covid, was refunded by the airlines since October 2020 but till date i haven’t received it. Tried to contact flipkart umpteen times but not a single time could get them as all the time saying its busy. So tried to chat with them but everytime the customer service guy simply responds that they have raised a request about this and will revert in 24 to 48hours.
- This dialogue am hearing since couple of months. I regret that i booked my tickets through flipkart. My sincere advice to everyone out there is never ever fall prey like me.
