My flight from March 2020 (attached copy) was canceled.
Air India has been contacted many times by emails, calls but I have never received any reimbursement. It was escalated many times and Air India stated that costs have been refund in October 2020 but I never received them. I have asked them to investigate but the issue has not been solved.
