I have tried to book my ticket through Travolook on 4 Feb 22 from New Delhi to Hyderabad with of Keshav Kumar Verma.
for this booking amount deducted and ticket not generated after that i received a mail from Travolook your booking is cancelled with Travolook. I have spoken many times travolook customer executed (miss Nisha, miss ginni etc) during these 3 month and dropped lots of mail but no response I got . Every time the same response received from them that please wait for 5 to 7 working day and after that on 3rd may they say your amount is refunded from our side but its not reflect in my account yet so I asked for transaction id they said we will mail you in 24 hour but no mail I received yet it already 15 days.

Even after more than 3 month, I have not received my refund amount.
So kindly take necessary action for my refund of cancelled ticket
so I decide to move to consumer court because they waist my time and my money
