Hi Sir/Mam
This is Vijay Kumar. i have a ticket on 23 of july. due to the canadian restrictions my flight is extended to the 29 of August. I cancelled my ticket on 22 of july. but still i did not get my refunds. i call many time to air india but they did not reponse me anything. they cut my call everytime. now i don’t want need to wait any more. they told me that they send the cheque by mail. but still i did not recieve. i am waiting from last 5 month. i also have a screenshot of email of airline that he send the Cheque by mail on 18 Nov 20. but basically i am waiting for my refund from last 1 year. please refund my money as soon as poosible.
