I booked a ticket and its PNR(R5VN4K) for Me and My wife using Air India Website and bought a ticket from Riyadh and paid by SBI NRE Net Banking services. On 30th June I canceled it due to some personal reason by calling the Air India call center. they asked me to fill out the Feedback form separately for each passenger which I did and got the Reference Number as well (WB-IHYD3006220301 and WB-IHYD3006220306).
The refund is not yet initiated and deposited back to my SBI NRE Account. There is no office of AIR INDIA in Hyderabad where I can go and check only I have to talk to call center.
It was my mistake to chose AIR INDIA.
