I have booked ticket from happyfare.in the website. The ticket was from Delhi to Patna for my brother & father on 10th May 2023 (PNR I853GM). Flight Cancelled by the Airline and I received an email from happyfare.in on “3 Jun 2023, 4:31 pm” updating me that the airline has canceled the flight, and steps to claim the full refund required to be cancel the ticket. I have done the given steps, and even I have discussed with their support team as well. I have sent multiple emails, but got the same response “We have already sent your request to the airline for the same. Your refund is under process. Kindly bear with us for some time for an update ” and it’s been more than 3months. The ticket cost is ₹8728.00 after deduction showing in ticket and I urgently need this money, but I think this company is making me a fool by giving random responses because their email says “Full Refund” and their support executive talks about some kind of deduction and then refund. I am totally frustrated.
I will never recommend HappyFare to anyone.
