I have booked flight from Bhopal to Bangalore for 25th March. For indigo for 19:30 but the amount is deducted but ticket not confirmed yet. I got the message on the page to wait for 30 mins for confirmation. So i waited but no confirmation. I called them and they informed that they were not able to find any details using my reference number, email address and phone number. Later i said that i would wait till confirmation, they force fully disconnected the call and were very rude. Also when confirmed the email address, they informed that its correct. and now i have booked flight from different provider and wanted to cancel it they were rude and informed that we cannot do it and disconnected the call force fully. Also they informed that they has sent the email, i have still not received it. I have lost 4600 now. I have attached transaction screen shot as well.
