Dear Sir,
I was trying to booking Goair flight through travolook..on 20 Nov 2020 but the flight not booked and the amount of Rs6443 deducted from my bank account..call from received from customer care that u r flight not booked due to airlines increase fair and demanded another 2200/- for complete of booking which is much more heigher amount thereafter representative saying me that amount will be refund in 10-15- days..after I again booked the same flight ..the amount again deducted and flight not booked. customer care Number 0124-6434800/- always busy they are not giving any proper reply and doing illegal activities and cyber fraud against several customer
therefore requested to please booked complaint against Travolook and help me to gate refund amount of Rs 6443/- with interest till today.
