Text of Complaint by Bhuvan Chandra:

I have purchased fireboltt mercury smart watch black. Which has battery isue so I call customer support for the issue they asked for replacement of product. Then it was picked up by delivery agent on 10.3 2022 and received at warehouse on 15.03.2022. After that replacement shall deliver to me within 3-7 working days.
But till date I didn’t get replacement even many times I contact to customer care.
Now it is more than month still I’m waiting for replacement.
Solve the issue.
