Sir,
It is inform you that I have one ticket booked from Goa to Amritsar through Veertrip app on 23 jan 2024 against my friend who is service in Defence person, money has been deducted, order ID generated but PNR status is failed then imdtly call to customer veertrip helpline. They also respond amount will be refund with in a week but not received. Same as calling number of times she is inform me “sir u pay ₹2404 ticket will be confirmed ” but no tickets received till date after lapse 2 days. And presently no answering my calls. I am help less please resolve my problem please
