Dear sir,madam we are booked a ticket on the date 07/09/2021 from Bangalore to ,. Travelling date 20/09/2021, ticket was cancelled, still didn’t refund the amount. Traveller name is Sujit Kumar Padhy, We are also called many times to your customer care support he said Your payment setteled to your ac before 15-09-2021, REF NO:- REF333079134, still I didn’t get any amount sir, so please do the needful and at your end.
