I have booked a ticket for one of my friends Rohit Ishwar Pawar on 21-Dec-2021 from Travolook.in. Due to some operational issue ticket has been canceled(They are saying this). Amount Rs. 11626.00 deducted from Rohit’s account but Travolook have not refunded the amount even after more than one month of time period. I and Rohit contacted travolook many times and every time they are saying amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. I tried to reach their helpdesk multiple times but they are disconnecting purposely. Please help us out here.
