Hi Sir/Mam,
I booked flight ticket in travolook(https://www.travolook.in/) on 15 Oct 2022, amount Rs.4723 got debited but ticket didn’t booked it cancelled by airlines itself. But no proper response from travolook about the refund. I called customer care more than 50 times every time they said within 4 days you will received , but all are fake . they setup a fraud customer care trained all to say wait for few days , wait for few days . Aviation Minster must take strong action this people . every time they are giving a reason merchant has rejected but merchant never received request from them .
