This is to bring to your notice worst experience faced by Varafi air service
I have booked my ticket for my niece in month of
Booking ID : VID5565090455 spice jet SG201 with PNR Number – SREUL7 on 2 nd Dec with amount 4538 Rs which was not promotional rate.

Flight was From Mumbai to Varanasi on 07:45, Fri 17 ticket aborted not The question is not of refund but the harassment which as customer i faced On urgent basis i have taken ticket of 14000 rs

My total loss is of 14000 + 4580 and the money of my which you used for 2 months
Plus the humiliation which is faced which you people dont deserve
