My wife booked a ticket on 5 Dec 21 from Mumbai to Jaipur through Travolook Agency. My Ref number is REF898284643.But after payment we received a call that you ticket is cancelled due to fair expiration and your refund will be done in 7-8 days. After checking the views on Quora and other plateforms , I came to know that this is a common trick used by this agency to trap the people. This has happened with lot of persons and many of them did not receive their refund back.
This is our hard earned money. Please take the strict action against such company and help me to find my refund.
