I air tickets cancelled for Indigo airlines PNR EQZ33D on 6th November, 2022 from app Happyeasygo.
The PNR was cancelled on November 6, 2022, and a full refund of INR 79998 was sent by the airline the same day. We were surprised to see that the refund was completed by the airline the same day, yet the status on Happyeasy go app still says it is waiting from the airline. It’s been more than 3 months and the refund is still pending in my account, therefore I’m worried that I’ve been forged by the company.
I have sent numerous emails to their customer service email address but have not received any response from them. I have also called their customer care number but it is always switched off. I called Indigo customer service and they confirmed that the refund amount was already released to HappyEasy go on 6 November, 2022 itself. Request you to please help me with the refund.
