I booked the ticket on 17th Dec 2021 on Travolook website. After the booking is done my ticket was cancelled and i called up to customer care, they told me that money will be refund within 7 to 10 days working. But still money is not refunded. Again i called up customer care same words telling me again working days 7 to 10 days. It’s first time also previews also i had same issue. My booking ref no is 181708371 and amount is Rs. 8034/- Kindly do needfully.
