Hi Sir/Madam
I have booked my tickets through Flipkart with ticket number VF84YD on 20th June 2021 for six persons the ticket is also attached herewith for your reference and I booked the ticket through Flipkart in coupon booking. Due to covid pandemic the flight ticket was rescheduled two to three times due to that i didn’t able to reach Delhi for my father treatment for that purpose only i cancelled my parents ticket Named (Mylapore Jeevarathnam Umapathy and U.Saroja Devi). i enquired with spice jet if you want to cancel the tickets you can get total refund, for this reason i spoke to spicejet customer care and changed my ticket in two portion in which one ticket is VF84YD and another is F623HL IN VF684YD four persons have travelled (Umapathy vivek, monica bhavadakshita Vivek and Yuvadanvanth Vivek) and cancelled my parents tickets (F623HL) for urgency in treatment and I spoke to spicejet they told that the Amount is given the Flipkart but Flipkart customer service executive is telling that without the proper amount given by spicejet they cannot transfer the amount in my account for thia reason kindly give me the proper cancellation amount so that I can talk to Flipkart and ask for the refund.
So kindly do me a favour and credit the amount my account
