I had booked a flight from guwahati to bangalore on 7th of Oct 2021 from travolook website. Just after 10 minutes of my booking a message pinged my phone. My flight ticket was cancelled so I called the support team to find out what happened. After checking the details, the customer care person said due to fare changes this ticket got cancelled from the airline’s end.
Now I need the refund but the travolook says I need to wait a 10 working days
