i booked a ticket on Travolook on 31st December from Delhi to Hyderabad. Ticket booking was not done due to operational reasons and amount got deducted. I have been writing to them and calling on customer care number but till now the amount is not refunded. Generally the amount from any other website gets refunded in 3-4 days. This is a cheater website. Appreciate if some action can be taken
