Good evening,
We have booked our round trip tickets from Via.com on Jan-20 for the month of May-20 (Travel month) and due to lockdown the amount has been kept in credit shell for future booking. Now i have to book my tickets with credit shell for next month, none of the customer care number is reachable or neither they reply on email sent to care@via.com.
Tried multiple times connecting to customer care, they don’t connect with agents to discuss the issue..
They have been cheating on customers by not responding to the emails and calls, Approx. 35k plus amount is stucked with via.com, they don’t have the option for redeeming the credit shell amount by using PNR.
Please take appropriate action and attached is the email sent to customer care and no revert received

could you check going to the below site and giving the flight details?
Even I haven’t recieved the refund from Via.com but when checked under the below link it shows a amount refunded
