Every time it happens, cannot book tickets in first attempt and payment will proceed. Refund will get within 7 days. There is no transaction failure from bank side. If it happens how the payment gone? If I haven’t enough money to try booking second time how will this helpful? I should wait 7 days to get my money back ,every time.
