Respected sir
I have booked a flight ticket from BLR to new delhi on Wednesday 21 April through TRAVOLOOK. My account deducted 2729 rupees and after a while TRAVOLOOK mailed me your ticket was cancelled and money not refunded. And the agent is not receiving call. And not giving any positive response of refunding deducted amount. So plz I humbly request you to take drastic and positive steps against the fraudulent which are free totally and day by day cheating the people fearlessly. They have made a website through which thay offer cheap flights booking and also take amount after that they mailed your ticket was cancelled and refun will be initiated but late on asking about refund they don’t give any response. It’s very regretful in our democracy. I was also duped by them today . So plz stop their faraud and make sure my refunding
