A ticket was booked from kolkata to bangalore online from Travolook.in website through credit card. Money debitted, after that website showing processing. Then showed regreat message. When called their customer care number, told need another 3.1k to process the refund. Ticket booking ref no. REF040791816. 8.1k was paid. Now after that they r not answering in customer care. Complined launched to the bank who has issued the credit card, advising me to complain in cyber police.
