Dear Sir/mam
I would like to inform you that on 20 Feb 2022 I have booked tickets from Banglore to Delhi the tickets are auto cancelled and the amount has been debited from my account.Thus it has been almost 6 month as I haven’t got the refund till yet.Whenever i call the customer care first i have to wait almost 30 mins and after that they say it will be credited by EOD.I am very much disappointed by your services and if it remains the same i have to visit the consumer forum for the justice
