Dear sir/madam
I am Virender Singh, a Defence person had booked a flight from Bangalore to Delhi on 29 Jul 2021 for 01 Oct 2021 through Travolook vide Ref No. 559503180. But booking could not completed while an amount of Rs. 3096/- was deducted from my account. The company committed to refund the same within 10-12 working days but the same NOT refunded me till now after passing of one month and despite of making many calls to concerned office on Contact No. 01246434800.
Now, I am very upset and feeling harassed and cheated.
Hence, you are humbly requested to take necessary action to refund my amount at the earliest please.
