I AM NOT HAPPY ON YOUR SERVICE!! First of all you did not provide the service …..
I’m writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is down since last few WEEKS. I have made several calls on CUSTOMER CARE but no SOLUTION. As I mentioned there are 4 people in my house working as WFM (Work from home) and most of them work is done via online and for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business.
And I raised an incident on 15th July ’20, but so for, I did not get any solution & any help from your side. You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, I have to face such issues.
And now only I realized, I made a big mistake that I was chosen your AIRTEL BROADBAND. Going forward I don’t want your service and useless broadband, here after don’t sent email or bill to my number.
