Hello,
My name is Dwayne Dominic Nelson. I’ve been having too much trouble with my Thunderbird twilight 350 although it is very sparingly used and well maintained with no rash riding .It is a 2013 December model which has done only around 27000 Kms. Problems keep repeating all the time and I’m been gifted with many bills and have been stranded on the roads many times.The bike was initially purchased from Senthil Murugan agencies and we had so many issues ,raised complaints and got a silence replaced and so much more but the bills and breakdowns kept coming,so i decided to move to Erode motors which was a bit ok for the start and they started trying their business stategies by saying the carburetor had gone and so much more .The bike is forever giving me such trouble and the mechanics,supervisors & service managers are all useless and go hand in hand.They get angry if we complain when the bills are big and the issues are not sorted out.I’ve asked them for my entire service history and they have never given it.They say the data is not available.This is utter robbery and cheating people of their money,I want necessary action taken as soon as possible.
