We have made an booking with Thrillophilia Tourism agent for a family(6 persons) trip to Singapore & Malaysia. And we paid 130000 INR to them 1month earlier in order to book the accommodation in advance for less cost . But they failed to book the hotel for our stay and even in follow up via mail, no proper response. Now in the last minute just 1 week before our trip, they informed about this & asking for additional 60000 INR to book a hotel due to last minute rush.
We are completely hopeless,deeply saddened & disheartened by the act of Thrillophilia agency. It is our hard earned money and we are just lower middle class family. We deeply seek your support to claim to damage caused by Thrillophilia along with the initial payment we made to them
