Waver of airtel rental for three months due to corona lockdown for broadband no 01140042795..

As you know ,Due to coronavirus there is a lockdown everywhere….. So we were not able to open our premises for almost three months. So I want to request you to waive off the rental of broadband number 01140042795 for lock down period for three months because of non usage.. I called them many times but they have no staff at customer care to take my request..
Now They offered me to pay them only custody charges for 3 months with rs 200 per months and request number is 119214484 and today they refuse to do anything …..My contact number is 9810377755 Sunil Nasa
