I took loan mutiple times from Bright loan which is under nbfc Avinash capital and repaid on time but my payment got delay due medical emergency which I have inform though they are not considering. Now they are threatening to send mail to my work place for recovery and verification. I asked them for time for repayment but they are not listening and abusing me , I need help on this.
