I wanted to travel to India with a business visa (from Sri Lanka) and I was refused the territory afterwards the airline company treated me very badly.
I have suffered threats intimidation teasing disrespect from your airline team.
I waited for more than 10 hours without food without drink in the cold. The words of your airline team were very dismissive and forced me to buy a ticket to return to my country in France. Moreover, they forbade me to call my French embassy.
I felt that for them it was a game a comedy and he was having fun with the situation.This situation was dramatic for me and I wish to be reimbursed for my plane tickets is I am also awaiting an apology from your airline company
