Hi Sir/Maam,
My name is Vaseem and in month of september, i got a call from a person name Krissh from Zet Technology who has offered me to do 10000 captcha entries in 10 days and if i am able to do it then they will pay Rs.23100 but if i am unable to do it then i have to pay them Rs. 6900. He asked my ID proof for registration which i have given to him and he said that he will be sending the letter of acceptance to sign. He also told me that i will receive verification call and there i have to “Yes” to every question which has been asked and he said if you have any question, call me i am there to help u. When i received a call from verification team, i started asking the question and the lady disconnected the call. Again krissh has called and explained me the complete procedure and again i have received a verification call. Now they have given me the login id and password but it didnt worked for 2 days. I send the emails to helpline team and they fixed it. Now when i started working, i typed correctly but when qc report was displayed then it shows incorrect.
All of sudden, my wife fall sick and she was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberclosis and i was not able to complete the work but after 10 days they send me the notice on my email asking to pay Rs. 6900 but i was taking care of my wife, i didnt saw that email.
In month of october, i received a call from Adv. Sanjay saying that they have filed a legal case under my name in Dist. Court of Vapi of breaching the contract under sec 73&74 and they were asking to pay Rs. 11500 (Rs. 6900 for fees of the company and rest of the money to close the case) and i was ready to pay. They send me the qr code of GOLDAN Enterprise but i have received the legal notice which was from GOLDEN Enterprise, here i was shocked that how it can happen but the payment was not done. Now they asked me to deposit in their account, i have asked for the account # they gave the account of Mumbai and i have asked sanjay to tell me the branch name of the acct but he was not able to tell me over the phone the he emailed me saying it is of Dhule branch but i refused to pay as i find it fisshy. He started shouting on me and disconnected the phone and after 2 hours i received a call from some other guy saying that they have sent legal notice to my local police station of Rs 87000 and i will recive a call from police station but i didnt received any call from my local police station.
The very next day i have received an email from Adv. Minhaz saying asking me to pay Rs. 10400 as i have not completed my work but that email doesnt had the contact # of Minhaz even the symbol of Adv. was also looking fake, when i zoomed in it, i saw it was a watermark. I googled about Minhaz and i found that many complaints of threating & blackmailing were already registered under his name. Now i was confident that they are fraud.
After 2 months, On November 12, i received a call from a person named Adv. Siddharth and he said that he has filed a case on me in Dist. Court of Vapi and he was threating me that i have to pay Rs. 180000 as a penalty and he also said that he will be sending legal notice at my address within 72 hours and disconnected the call. The very next day i received a message saying that they had filed a case under sec 73&74 and legal notice will be send within 72 hours.
Sir, this is very strange that an Adv. is nit able to explain the sections of the case and this is strange that they are operating by the name of different companies. Sir pls help me from these people as my wife is very very sick, dont know what will happen to her, i am in a debt of Rs. 2 lacs and i am also having a heart problem. Someone pls help me as i cant pay this much money as i dont have money to eat even i cant go to gujrat and if its real then to i have no money to pay. Pls help me as they again and again calling and threating me. PLEASE HELP.
