I have used one app called takapot and i have taken 2k loan. while applying the terms and condition i agreed all the terms and condition.
so the loan due was in 7 days, i have applied loan amount rs 2k and i have received 1200, 800 was the processing fees it was mention in some contract details.
After that i have took 1200 from app i have to pay 2k and, i have paid 2k on the due date. After payment was successful i have received 2100 on my account which i did not applied, And i got a called from them that i have to pay 3500. I requested them that give me time i’ll pay by end of the day. All of sudden he started abusing me that we have all your pictures and data contact, if you will not pay in 10 min we will edit your picture and will send on your all contacts. And he did also and sent me one of my picture in nudity which is unbelievable. After that he call me and said how are you feeling to see this. i very gentle asked, what is this ? he said i will send this pic to all your contact and from there you start earning and pay us from that amount. So at last again i paid 3500. after payment successful amt rs 2100 again i received 3300 from them without applying. This is third time i received amount without apply.
I stopped using WhatsApp , i really don’t know what to do. Need Help ASAP.
