At 6:13 pm on 8th January 2023 (Sunday), I have received a flood of messages on Whatsapp from an unknown number (+91-7835892188) serving me with Legal Notice on Willful Default of a Loan taken by a person unknown to me (Mr. Vivek Chand Singh) where my name and mobile number have been given under Family Member details and I have been registered as his mother which is false information. The collection agent claiming to be Ashwani Dube has sent threatening messages that they will go to others in my contact list if I don’t clear this false loan.
