I had booked a cab. Upon boarding the driver asked me to pay by cash and not ola money as the server was down. The bill for the ride was 923±toll. I paid him in cash (I have the receipt of it). When I went to ola app to check the ride, it froze as usual so gave up.
At night when I opened ola app, I found that rs. 923 were pending from my ola ride. When I raised this to ola support, i received the confirmation that I have paid the amount and they will refund my money.
Now suddenly ola woke up and harassing me by sending the reminders of two different amounts. I have raised this concern multiple times but ola is not resolving the issue instead they are unnecessarily auti calling me and threating to pay the amount ASAP.
They are sending their local gundas to my home and threating me to pay the amount again otherwise they will harass me and degrade my CIBIL score. I tried to contact their customer service but they shuts the phone down when I start my concern. I shared more than 100 follow up emails but they are not bothered to reply.
