After submitting the work they mailed I failed to achieve 90% accuracy so I need to pay the money. Now they send the advocate notice to pay the money.

Text of Complaint by GISHNU N MENON:

I am Jishnu from Kerala. I applied for the job from quikr. Then one of their executive had message me in WhatsApp her name is Avani she is from Stanley Solution. So your work is I need to complete 1400 forms within 10 days and I will get the salary as ₹35000 and ₹7100 will be deducted. But if I not achieve 90% accuracy my salary will not be credited and I need to pay ₹7100. I agreed and I started to work. Before that they collected my driving license copy and sent me an agreement. I completed the work in time. And after 1 day they mail me that I am fail to achieve the 90% accuracy so I need to pay them ₹7100. I refused to do that because that much mistakes I didn’t made in my work. They collected the username and password from my side before I start the work. Now they sent me advocate notice to pay 7100 + 3500 within 7 days.
