hi, I’m Yogesh s, I live redills-chennai, my father also on the member in consumer rights. I use Mobikwik since Jan 2022, I have 5000rs limit to use. every time I repay the used amount on time but June 2023 I’m not able to pay the amount because I have surgery on my kidney.so I repay the amount June 18 2023.my bill amount was 5000rs above with late charges(I don’t know the exact amount). one of the Mobikwik staff name Ms.Geetha ask me to pay only 4600rs balance amount will be cancel by our company. I pay 4600rs to mobikwik and I have the payment screenshot.
I have request to Deactivate my Mobikwik account. she said ok but it take 48hours to close my account and I wait 48hrs still is not close. again I text her in Whatsapp on (20.6.2023) she told me again I will update. next I forgot this issue and uninstall the Mobikwik app from my phone.

Today(19.08.2023) some of the Mobikwik staff contact me on Whatsapp for ask me to pay the balance some amount. I had a confusion. I told to him I already complete my payment on 18.06.2023 and I send screenshot of repayment. but she still ask me to pay the amount. I told to him I’m not pay the amount.

she told to me: ok sir I will move your case to cibil department.
I said this mistake is not made by myself it’s your company staff mistake, what can I do.
she told to me again: don’t message me. your case will moved to our cibil department.
