sir,
i have also get cheating from this company side , they give me 1200 forms and fill within in 8 days , i completed the work and send it back to the company , after the submission the say your QC is wrong. And after 2 days a devesh bhatt call me and said that he is the company lawyer , i have chated on the company they will a file case aganist me otherwise i have to pay the money then said if iam failed to pay the money then you will see the consequences i felt like a threatning. they dont give a time to think , i am scared and he compelled me to pay the money otherwise we will meet in court (u/s 420 IPC ) (154 CRPC for FIR registration and section 506 for criminal intimidation ) this is the message. i dont want to cheat. and he said this is the matter of an arbitray and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 , so you cant appoint a lawyer for you side , i am afraid and depressed with this plz give me advice fro that … he send text also me ? , what did i do sir ….
