Hi, I have a credit card from RBL Bank. I make payments every month. this month I was late so credit card team called me and I asked a suitable date to pay. They have come to house and than started asking money to my family. I had made a online payment on the same day. They called me back to back 10 times while i was driving and simultaneously called my brother at his office and started harassing him. When I called back the executuive holding mobile number 8860385308 started shouting at me and said manoj jao isske ghar pe jaldi niklo…he started threatening me over the call. This is what RBL bank is??? It has got me lot of mental disturbance. I wish there is some one who punish the bank and his executive. If i get any health issue i will blame RBL bank and that particular executive who has caused me mental troma.
