i am using IndusInd CreditCard and the bank is asking me to make payment to amount not used by me.
Reward points accumulated not being adjusted to outstanding amount as promised, An Amount of Rs.5000 charged as joining fee with a promise of giving it back is not done
Now bank is sending Threatening messages to pay the amount without which they will complaint to my HR and also a lot of threatening whatsapp messages are sent and deleted
I feel very insecure as they may attack physically with their settlement team also
need help from the IndusInd Bank
