I have being using kreditbee, for more than 2 years. Lastly i have got 20000 Jan 2020, and paid 10,992 (5239+5753 including interest). After covid19 from april 2020, i could not able to pay. Now from october 2020, first week i paid 1000rs (09.10.2020) and informed that i will pay monthly small amount and close my loan.
Now they are saying 1000rs is the interest i have paid and past 2 weeks they are torturing me, through phone and threatening me that they are going to send legal notice and will take legal action.
Kindly do the needful
