I had taken prepaid services from Tikona starting in 2021 and disconnected it in August 2022. Even after disconnecting it and sending email of disconnection to Tikona, they keep on calling for additional payment of approx Rs 1500 as they say that services were active in September but my services were prepaid. They now have also started sending Fake notices and started calling from fake legal department. When I ask them to on how much GB was used in that month, they do not have answer to it. I don’t even stay in that house anymore. How can I use their services. It is a SCAM and they should be exposed.
