I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding a threatening call I received from one of your recovery partners.

On the morning 18-12-2023, I received a call from multiple numbers from the Hyderabad location (9822619077) regarding a matter related to recovery. To my extreme concern, the conversation quickly escalated, and I was subjected to threats and inappropriate language to my mom, my dad and fiancee.

I made the full payment this morning. However, I cannot tolerate or accept any form of harassment or threats.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate action to address the conduct of your recovery partner. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also a violation of ethical and legal standards.

I expect assurances that this type of behavior will not be tolerated within your organization, and steps will be taken to prevent any similar incidents in the future.
