I had registered on quickr app for my part time job. The BETA DESK DIGITAL SERVICES company had contacted me through phone. their Resource Person only said are its a data filling job, there is no need to pay any initial amount, and then they said i’ll be receiving a verification call. on that call she only spoke about things like i need to fill the forms before 12 days and if i didn’t complete it on time i need to pay the penalty amount of 3999, if i want to cancel it within 24 hrs i need to pay 1500 to you. They havent mentioned any agreement on their first call and asked for my signature, Photo and identification card before itself. i had thought that they are asking for some verifications but without my permission they had used it on agreement. i worked for them and havent completed some docs. they asked me to pay penalty. Without disagreeing i’ve paid them. after some minutes they again called and asked me to pay another 3500 for noc and cancellation fee. they never mentioned it to me. They again said the agreement is still valid for 6 months so would you need to get proceed with it or tpo cancel it. if i want to proceed with it i need to pay them 3999 again . they havent mentioned anything about these procedure. And they havent Sent me the agreement to read. They used My sign and photo without my knmowledege and saying that why did you sign the agreement. But i havent signed any agreement. they are Scaming the People By thretening them.
