Respected Sir,
With due respect & humble submission of a Complaint against the fraud company (ContinuumDigitals) Elastalink, situated at 419 – 421, 4th Floors, Jay Narayan Complex, Est. Sardar Market, Gandhidham. (address mentioned in agreement) I am a student I wanted to support my family financial, So that I was looking for a part time job for a long time but unfortunately few days back this company has called me for part time job ( Data Entry) and I started working later when I got to know it was fraud I wanted to resign therefore I mailed the company to resign but didn’t receive any response . The agreement said if I resign I’ll have to pay RS 5970 but has not mentioned the last date to pay. On 28/10/2023 I received a message saying Civil Case Has Been Registered At District Court,DC-5,Panjo Ghar Gandhidham-Kachchh

The advocate named Ashish Thakur started shouting at me, I agreed to pay the resignation amount of RS. 5970 later he said no we’ll not accept that amount go to court and pay 4,00,000 and will file a case against you immediately
When I checked the case and verified it shows everything is fake. I don’t know what to be done next as my parents don’t know about this.
