Respected Sir,
With due respect & humble submission of a Complaint against the fraud company (ContinuumDigitals) Elastalink, situated at 419 – 421, 4th Floors, Jay Narayan Complex, Est. Sardar Market, Gandhidham. (address mentioned in agreement) actually I have a small business and after the covid pandemic I was going to loss with my business day after day so I was forced to close my business and since then I am unemployed, So that I was looking for a part time job for a long time but unfortunately few days back this company has called me for part time job ( Data Entry) and I started working with a very happy after hearing everything from them, before I started the project they sent some agreement they took my photo my signature everything they offer me 6 days work 482 form have to fill salary u will receive 21k.
So, I have finished my work within 5 days & I have submitted, after the submission of my work they are not attending my calls, not responding to my message, even I have sent a mail but totally they do not respond.
That Sir, 5 days after my submission data (thuesday) on 03.10.2023 a person called me, at around 12:10 o’clock, and he said that he is from said company salary deptt. he is said me you are not matching our accuracy you need to pay 18950/- for correction of 8 data or else you have to pay 5980 Company utility Charges otherwise we are moving your file to legal department for making an FIR against you. I said that I am sorry Sir, I can’t afford any amount at this moment, due to financial problems I have joined with your company & I have done very well whatever you are given with very difficulty and now you are talking about something else without giving my hard work money.
That Sir, on this evening I have received a call from (Ashish Thakur) his cell Ph No. 087329 50231, and he shouted me if I not listening to the Company then he will make an FIR against my name, I said I am sorry, I can’t pay them, but he disconnected the call and fe moment letters he sent 2 sms from his mobile that he is registered an FIR against my name, Case No. UEL-76/2023/3338, Filling No. 2023/86C, FIR No. AGR/GJ/3588/GL22, Under Act- IPC, 73,74,420, 66A, 62B, Clear the project loss amount of 68980/-.
Under compelling circumstances, it;s my humble request your gracious honour kindly take an action against the frauds, company. Because they will do more such things, and there are many helpless, jobless people like me in our country and they will become their victims if you are not taking any action against them.
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that, your honour may graciously be pleased to look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible and for this act of kindness, I shall remain ever grateful to you.

Me too facing that same issue Dude. Don’t worry about. there wont b a problem. What i got the detail is its a fake FIR and Case number information they arr providing and trying to get money from us by showing Afraid. We have to b careful hereafter.

They are educated brutes in India..lot of peoples are deceived by them don’t worry..those are all fake…. Case numbers didn’t match in Gujarat court….. And Ashish thakur isn’t a lawyer…he is a rogue…
They are scammers. Case numbers and FIR numbers aren’t matching to Gujarat court… Case numbers only digit type not a numerical….
Everyone complaint police station, they will track numbers and inform as they are living surrounding area police station…
