Illegal online lending app

Offering a loan with 32-50 percent interest rate outright deduction upon released with 7 days term only. Their collection agents violated the law,they keep on harassing their clients… This app should be banned .

Here are some regulation acts violated. Lending company Reg Act #9474- unfair debt collection practices ; Cybercrime prevention act# 10175- Threats with the use of cellphone/ computer; Data Privacy Act #10173 – unlawful used of information.
And also called and threatening to kill me
